You have 14 days from receiving your order to initiate a return. To start the process, simply fill out the contact form or send us an email, and we’ll guide you through the return procedure.
Conditions:
The product must be unused, and the packaging or seal must be intact.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns if the packaging has been opened.
Return Label:
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a return label via email.
Return Fee:
A return fee of €5 will be automatically deducted from your refund.
To ensure a safe return, please package the product carefully. Items damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging cannot be refunded.

Return Process
The product must be returned in its original packaging and without signs of use or damaged seals. Products that have been damaged during transportation due to improper packaging cannot be returned. Please pack the returned products in such a way that they are protected from damage or destruction during transportation.

1. Contact us
Send us an email to inform us that you would like to make a return. Once we have received your request, we will send you a return label and return instructions via email. Print the return label and attach it to the package.

2. Send the return
You can drop off your return at any designated drop-off location. More information about this can be found in the return instructions. Keep the receipt from the return shipment until the return process is completed.

3. Process and refund
The return process takes approximately 14 days. Once we have received and processed your return, we will send you a confirmation via email. The refund will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the purchase.
