Mismatched or not, the White Kegel Ball Set has a colorful look and helps you optimally train the pelvic floor! Trained pelvic floor muscles can help to have a more intense orgasm and also help prevent urine leakage after, for example, a pregnancy. Exercise alternately for about 20 minutes a day with the different weights. Start with the single holder and the purple, yellow or turquoise ball: these each weigh 40 grams and form a perfect base. Use a small amount of water-based lubricant for a more comfortable feeling when inserting. Over time, you can move on to the double holder and combine with the pink and blue ball: these weigh 50 and 60 grams. Both holders are made of very flexible silicone, with flexible drawstring and are stretchable so you can easily replace the different balls.
The single holder is a total of 10 cm long and the double holder has a total length of 15 cm. All balls have a diameter of 3 cm (maximum 3.5 cm in the container).
