Sometimes it can happen that the order confirmation is classified as spam. Please check whether it has landed in your spam folder.
If you still cannot find it, please contact us and we will send you a new one. There may be a typing error in the e-mail address.
Changes and cancelations can only be made for orders that have not yet been packed in our warehouse. As we process orders continuously and via a fast logistics process, please contact our customer service immediately if you want to make changes or cancel the order.
We will send you a shipping confirmation email as soon as we have shipped your order.
If your order has already been shipped, you will need to pick it up and send it back to us. You can find the return information here.
Contact us as soon as you notice the error. If we have already processed or dispatched your order, we are unfortunately unable to make any corrections.
All orders are shipped in discreet brown boxes.
The box or shipping label does not say Woo Me and there is no indication of the contents of the package.
If you order before 16:00, your order will be dispatched the same day (on business) and you will usually receive your package within 2-3 working days. A shipping confirmation will be sent by e-mail as soon as the order leaves our warehouse.
