These terms apply between you as the customer and us as the seller, Doggie.se Europe AB (Org. No.: 559369-8995).


GENERAL


ORDER INFORMATION

  • If you are under 18, you will need the consent of a legal guardian to place an order with us. Consumer protection and distance selling laws apply to online purchases.
  • Doggie.se Europe AB reserves the right to make changes to the product range. We also reserve the right to cancel orders if fraud is suspected and will take legal action in case of fraud attempts.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

  • Once your order is completed, you will receive an order confirmation via email with details of your order. If there are any discrepancies, please contact our customer service immediately. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with additional details and possibly a tracking number.
  • By completing your order on our website, you accept our terms and conditions.

PRICES

  • All prices are in euros (EUR) and include statutory VAT.
  • We reserve the right to make price changes and errors. You will pay the price that was listed at the time of your order. If you have purchased a product at an incorrect price, we will notify you and refund the amount.

PAYMENT METHODS

  • We offer the following payment methods:
  • PayPal
  • Stripe (including Klarna, Sofortüberweisung, Visa, and Mastercard)


SHIPPING AND DELIVERY


DELIVERY TIME

  • The regular delivery time for products in stock is 2–3 business days.
  • If your order contains items that are not in stock, we will notify you by email about the estimated delivery time. Partial deliveries will not be made; the entire order will be shipped once all items are available.

SHIPPING METHODS

  • We ship with DHL. You can choose between home delivery or delivery to a pickup point.

TRANSPORT DAMAGE

  • Damaged packages must be reported to the carrier (DHL) immediately. Please keep the packaging and contact our customer service before returning the goods.


RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS


RETURNS

  • To return products, the following conditions must be met:
  • The product must not be used, and the seal on hygiene items must not be broken.
  • Accompanying documents and paperwork must be included in the return.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • All returns are processed through DHL. Please contact our customer service for a return label and further information.

PROCESSING TIME FOR RETURNS

  • We process returns within 14 days of receipt.

EXCLUSION FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
  • Products whose seal has been broken for hygiene or health reasons (e.g., intimate products).
  • Items that have been used and whose value has been significantly reduced.

EXCHANGE

  • We do not offer product exchanges. Please place a new order if needed.

COMPLAINTS

  • For product defects, please contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping costs for valid complaints.

BATTERY AND ELECTRONIC WASTE DISPOSAL INFORMATION

  • Some of our products contain batteries or electronic components. In accordance with legal regulations (BattG and ElektroG), we provide the following information:

BATTERIES:

  • Batteries must not be disposed of in household waste. They must be returned to an approved collection point, as they may contain harmful substances that could pose a risk to the environment and health. Batteries are marked with the symbol of a crossed-out bin.

ELECTRONIC PRODUCTS:

  • Electronics that are no longer in use must be returned to a collection point. Products marked with a crossed-out bin symbol must not be disposed of in household waste.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • If a product contains removable batteries, they must be removed before disposal.


DISCOUNT CODES AND GIFT CARDS

Discount codes and gift cards offered by Doggie.se Europe AB are valid only during the specified period and on our website.

DISCOUNT CODES:

  • Cannot be combined with other offers.
  • Limited to one code per order.


MISCELLANEOUS

SECURITY AND DATA PROTECTION

  • By placing your order, you agree to the storage of your data to process your order. Your data will be processed in accordance with the GDPR. For more information, please refer to our privacy policy.

ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  • The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution, which can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
  • Doggie.se Europe AB does not participate in dispute resolution procedures before consumer arbitration boards.
