We use Klarna as a provider for payment options at Woo Me. Via Klarna you can choose between invoice, installment payment, instant bank transfer and card payment. The available payment methods are displayed at the checkout.

Your invoice will be sent to the e-mail address you provided when purchasing.

The invoice will be activated and sent as soon as your order has been packed in our warehouse. If you have not received your invoice, you can contact Klarna directly. They will help you with any questions regarding payment and can, for example, send you a new invoice by email.

If you have already paid the invoice/purchase, you will receive an email from Klarna as soon as we have received and approved your return.

If you have not yet paid, the purchase will be canceled by Klarna and the invoice will be deleted as soon as the return has been approved.
