If you place your order before 12:00 PM (on business days), it will be shipped the same day. 95% of our shipments are delivered within 2-5 business days. A shipping confirmation will be sent via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. We ship your order with DHL.

No. All orders are sent in a discreet brown box without a logo on the outside. The sending label doesn't say Woo Me but instead Purefun Logistics.

You can track your order via the tracking link which is found in the confimation email you received. We will always send you a confirmation email when the package leaves our warehouse. If you can't find the email, please check your spam folder.

Check the batteries first. Switch them out and see if something changes (often the problems are "old" or weak batteries which lead to the product not working). Make sure that the batteries are inserted correctly. Usually you can find a +- marking in the battery compartment to guide you. If they are not present, try adjusting the orientation of the batteries. We also recommend removing the batteries after using the product so that both the batteries and the product last longer.

As a customer with us, you always have a 30-day right of return and right of withdrawal. In order for us to accept your return, the product must not have been used and the packaging/sealing must not have been opened. It is of course possible to return only individual products from your order or the entire order.
